Experienced Early Years Practitioner required, must be minimum Level 2 qualified and hold a full and relevant childcare qualification (Please note health and social care is not full and relevant).

38 hours per week, variable shift patterns requires a high degree of flexibility.
Rate of pay in line with the NLW dependant on age.
Experience of working with children in the birth to five age range.
Experience of working with children with special educational needs would be an advantage.
Knowledge of the key person approach.
Experience of observing, assessing and planning for individual children.
Knowledge and implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
The ability to communicate well and work in partnership with children, parents staff members and outside agencies.
